Come enjoy a little slice of South Florida life at this comfortable home in Homestead. This recently renovated property has a clean, modern style with all of the amenities you’d hope to see. From the clean granite tiles to the brand new appliances, you’ll enjoy the fresh and relaxing vibe of the house. The 4th bedroom is actually a private king suite accessed from the side of the house with an ensuite and kitchen making it great for groups traveling together.

The patio is the heart of the property, whether you're splashing around in the heated pool or just lounging, you'll love the tropical vibes. Enjoy our loungers, dine outside or hang out by the bar and soak up the beautiful Florida weather.

Our outdoor area is complete with a Weber BBQ and Blackstone griddle (propane included!). Inside our kitchen is fully equipped and includes Keurig and drip coffee makers for your morning brew. There's even a Nespresso for those who love an Americano. Ahh, can you smell the coffee?

Fun for Everyone
Whether for a family reunion or a girls' getaway, our home is designed to make your vacation unforgettable. Everglades and Biscayne National Parks are a short drive, and is a wildlife and birder's paradise. Local wineries give you a chance to sip unique wines. Key Largo is a 40 minute drive where you can enjoy a cocktail, eat fresh seafood, rent a boat or spend the day diving or snorkeling.

Close to transit into Miami
The property is a short 7-minute walk to the Miami-Dade Metrorail system that connects you to the broader Miami area.

Guest access
Our guests have private access to the entire house and beautiful pool deck.

 

Please note that access to the fourth bedroom is at the side of the house through a separate entrance. This king suite even has a kitchen and private ensuite!

Other things to note
- Everglades National Park is a short drive with incredible birding and wildlife (20 mins). Biscayne National Park is only 16 minutes away

- Schnelby Winery is 12 minutes away, with amazing local wines to try

- There is easy access to Key Largo (40 mins) where you can snorkel, dive, jetski, fish, etc.
